I will be brief but say that our trip in your motor coach was excellent. You all went out of your way to make sure everything was perfect and it was. I have another trip coming in February and depending upon the forecasted weather conditions, I will definitely be considering you again. ( Not sure I am ready to take one of your motorhomes though the Colorado mountain passes in the snow). We'll see. You will be seeing us again.

Mark and I really liked the fact that we were working with a locally owned/operated business. We also LOVED the fact that Misty always recognized us when we called it to ask questions etc. Paul was wonderful during our tutorial on the day we picked up our rig! He made us feel VERY comfortable with using the RV and if we needed anything to not hesitate to call! We also enjoyed the fact that we were driving in a new RV that had been very well taken care of. We noticed many other rentals on our trip that clearly looked tired and beaten up! We liked the fact that you guys were prompt with response on mail and email. It was so easy to change our reservation what little we did. I found Misty to be very professional.
We actually have told ALL our friends about B&B RV and how fabulous our experience was. We already have a tentative trip planned for next summer!
Our RV trip was MUCH different that any other trip we have taken. This was our first RV experience and were a little nervous.But we came away from the trip loving RV travel! We don't think there is a better way to see our national parks. We dubbed ourselves as Henry & Henrietta the Hermit Crabs as we went everywhere with our shell on our backs. We also named our Class C 24' unit...Claudine Coachmen!

We were amazed at how easy and fun it really was. We anticipated it to be much more work. We ventured out to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks and would recommend anyone to get up there to see them. The scenery and wildlife were amazing! Definitely do not miss the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. As we learned on day one of our trip, make sure the refrigerator door is latched shut well!

Just a quick Thank You. Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful experience traveling to Yellowstone in your motorhome. We were afraid we might feel a little cramped but it was spacious and very accomodating. This was the first vacation in quite some time that we all took together as adults. Your service was exceptional. You were extremely helpful in answering all of our many questions and concerns. We had absoultely no problems or issues with the motorhome or your services. We have recommened you to several of our friends and we are planning our next motorhome trip with your company. We could not have been more satisfied or pleased with our trip and your services. Our experience w/ B&B was 1st rate throughout. From training to check-in you were helpful and accommodating which is refreshing in this age of bovine response to customer service issues (you know what I mean if you’ve flown any airline lately). Thanks for the Coachman unit and service , which made the trip for my very elderly parents not only enjoyable, but possible, since they really can’t travel great distances in any other way.

Dear B & B RV,
Just wanted to send a quick note about how much we enjoyed our trip to Colorado, and especially choosing to tour around by RV instead of hotel-ing it. We chose B & B because it was a smaller company and we felt we would get more personalized service, and we did !! From Misty helping with all our reservations and last-minute changes, to Paul's much-appreciated-humor filled instructions on the RV before we left. Everyone at your business was kind and courteous, and didn't seem to mind our dumb questions. Even when we had questions from the road, they were answered. This was our first time renting an RV, and I can assure you, it won't be our last. We truly loved the "self-contained" feeling--like being home, even on vacation. And silly as it sounds, I liked being able to use the restroom without having to stop and find one, and really loved having no access to cable or network TV--our DVD's were just enough to fill the TV need. Our RV was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we were very comfortable--so much so that we hated to leave your beautiful state. I've wanted to explore Colorado for over 30 years, and to finally have the chance and to do it the way we wanted to was better than any other vacation I've taken. The mountains remind me of the ocean, in that you never get tired of looking at them. The places we saw and visited, from beautiful small town Aspen nestled in 360 degree mountains, to the vast openness of Royal Gorge, to the fun spookiness of St. Elmo ghost town, to the "ahhh" Cottonwood Hot Springs, to the splendor of Garden of the Gods, and the "top of the world" feeling from Pikes Peak, all made for a spectacular, well-rounded vacation.
We would highly recommend your company and the RV lifestyle for anyone looking to experience their vacation from a different, more personal angle. I consider RVing as "land crusing"--you have to unpack only once and stop in some many different ports.

We had heard horror stories about people renting RVs from the large chain companies -- but our experience was completely different. From the first e-mail I sent to B&B until the sad moment when we returned the RV, everything went so perfectly!!!

B&B RV is an excellent company to work with. I researched a number of rental companies and settled on B&B and they didn’t let me down. From my first interaction with them on the phone, to the straightforward paperwork, to the check-in and then check-out they were fantastic. We rented a 31’ Class C RV for an 11 day trip to Cheyenne, Jackson, Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and everything went as planned. The introduction to the RV was smooth, the vehicle was in excellent condition and when I did have a few questions during the trip they were always available to answer them (no matter what time I called).
There’s NO reason to look anywhere else, just rent from B&B and you will be satisfied. We worked with Paul both during the check-in and check-out and he was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful family vacation and would not hesitate to rent from B&B again or tell our friends to use them.

I found that the service at B&B was exceptional! Paul did such a great job accommodating us! I rented the RV to take my 92 year old mother to California to see family. My mother is somewhat physically handicapped and I wanted to make the trip comfortable and easy for her. Flying is difficult for her, but she has always loved a car trip! We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We could stop and she could get up and move around every so often, which is critical with her arthritis. She absolutely loved everything about it! She said she had no idea how wonderful it would be to travel that way. When we started our return trip, two of my cousins came back to Denver with us and neither had ever been in an RV. They loved it too! Seeing all the beautiful scenery, relaxing with a book, grabbing a snack and the fun of all spending time together convinced them of what a great way RVing is to travel. We had such a great time together! When you RV, traveling to the destination is just as much fun as the destination itself.
The motorhome we had was a 31 foot C class and was quite new, in good shape and VERY clean when I picked it up. I was given a run through on how to operate all the parts and pieces and didn't have any trouble while I was out on the trip. My husband and I own a 33 foot class A motorhome, but it is older and I was worried about having problems on the road with it since it was going to be just my elderly mother and me. We are interested in getting something newer and have been looking at the ones you have for sale on your lot. We would love to buy one from B&B because Paul was so great to deal with and the pricing looks very good on your units to purchase.

The quality of the vehicles and the fact that you use newer equipment was very important to me. The fact that you have an insurance company that you allow your renters to utilize for reasonably priced insurance was also important. I found that your competitors could not answer most of my questions regarding what to do about insurance; your process was easy. The check-out process for the rental was super as well. All of my questions were answered and I took notes as we went along as this was my first RV rental experience. The fact that you had a 24 hour call-in number for questions was impressive and gave me confidence, but I never had to use it because your pre-rental check-out process was so thorough. I was also pleased to receive warnings for consideration regarding swing-out for the 31 foot RV, along with comments about keeping an eye on the height of the unit and paying attention to proper clearance procedures to protect the under-carriage.
This was the first time enjoying a multi-state road trip with my children and reminded me of growing up and taking our trailer across the U.S. when I was a child.
People who RV and meet each other at the campgrounds are very friendly and we all enjoyed that. I also liked the fact that when we came across two major highway closures in Washington State and Oregon due to snowstorms, that I was able to change our plans and pull into RV parks to take the pressure and stress of the weather conditions off of our family. I was also surprised at how comfortable I was physically, driving over 4,000 miles in the 2-1/2 week period.
I planned out our trip to travel in the RV during the off-season and this provided incredible benefits. First, we had the pick of many great campgrounds throughout the West because we were not in the Summer season. I did not "have" to make reservations, although I did at a couple of special locations to insure we had the most scenic spots available. Off-season allows the flexibility to change your mind regarding where you stay and this was advantageous as well. I also planned our trip to insure that we were missing California and Oregon's Spring Breaks so all of the public areas and parks we visited, we nearly had to ourselves.
The highlights: Camping out in the Redwood Forests of Northern California and literally having the "Avenue of Giants," roadway all to ourselves. We were all blown away by the experience. RV'ing along the Oregon Coast was also a highlight and we were all thrilled to enjoy seeing the storm surges of the Pacific Ocean reach the coast. Finally, I had included a little work into the vacation schedule so there were a few days when I buckled the kids in as they slept in the early hours of the morning and my wife and I took pleasure in drinking coffee and using our GPS to take scenic routes to make our way to work destinations in Oregon and Washington State.
We would enjoy renting with you again in the future. Our 2-1/2 week adventure was great for the entire family!
