Steps to Renting an RV

| RESERVATION 1). You place a deposit of $250 to hold your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your balance due when you pick up the motorhome (check out). A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your departure, the cancellation fee is $250. We include many items free with every rental. We will need your credit card number (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover), insurance information, address, phone number, email address (if you have one), employment information, an emergency contact, and drivers license information. All drivers must be 25 years of age or older and attend our orientation at check out. CHECK OUT (pick up the coach) 2). On the day you pick up the coach, we need a $500 damage deposit and a $150 cleaning deposit. These are typically placed as an authorization only on your credit card and will not be used unless the coach comes back damaged or in need of cleaning . If you purchased the Value or Works Package, you will only be charged for the cleaning if it is excessively dirty.| You will receive an orientation lasting approximately one hour. It will include both driving information and use of the features and appliances in your particular coach. You will be shown your specific coach during the walkaround. Any questions you have regarding the use of any of the features of the motorhome will be addressed at this point. We want you to be comfortable with all aspects of the operation of the vehicle when you leave. CHECK IN (return the coach) 3). Upon your return, the motorhome will be inspected for damage and in the event that you did not purchase our value or works package, it will also be inspected to ensure it has been cleaned, that the holding tanks have been dumped, and that the propane and fuel tanks have been filled. Following this initial inspection, we complete a detailed inspection and sanitation. Although finding additional damage that was not found during the initial inspection is rare, it does happen on occasion. If this does happen, we will notify you.
