Steps to Renting an RV
1). You will need to make a reservation to reserve the RV of your choice. You can make your reservation by calling us at 303-322-6013 or by filling in our secure online reservation form. We will need your credit card number (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover), address, phone number, email address (if you have one and wish to be on our mailing list), employment information, an emergency contact, insurance information and drivers license information.
The reservation deposit of $500 is charged to your card to hold your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your balance due. The balance due will be charged to your card 30 days prior to your departure date. There are no refunds.
All drivers must be 25 years of age or older and attend our orientation at check out.
CHECK OUT (pick up the RV)
2). On the day you pick up the RV you want to allow approximately an hour. You will review and sign the remainder of your rental documents. We have a $1,000 damage and a $250 cleaning deposit that are placed as an authorization only on your credit card. They will not be used unless the RV comes back damaged or in need of cleaning. If you have purchased the Value or Works Package, you will only be charged for the cleaning if it is excessively dirty
There is a short video all the drivers are required to watch. It includes some basic usage information as well as driving tips and shows how the RV drives differently than other vehicles
After the video, you will be shown your specific RV. You will receive an orientation in which you will be shown all aspects of the RV on both the exterior and interior. Any questions you have regarding the use of any of the features of the RV will be addressed at this point. We want you to be comfortable with all aspects of the operation of the RV before you leave.
CHECK IN (return the RV)
3). Upon your return, the RV will be inspected. We will go over any issues and any return balance due and take care of it at this time.
Following this initial inspection, we complete a detailed inspection and sanitation, usually within a few days. Although finding additional damage not found during the initial inspection is rare, it does happen. If this does happen, we will notify you and discuss what was found. We will not charge your credit card without first notifying you.
We keep our fleet newer and do all our maintenance on site. We do have the best fleet in the area. We want you to enjoy your trip and have a great time. We would like to see you and your friends and family again.
