We believe our customers want more value for their money and we try to provide it. All of our coaches have a TV with a DVD (most have flat screens) as well as a built in generator with 3 FREE hours per rented night.
To help make your trip a fun, exciting and memorable experience, we include four folding chairs, road atlas, campground guide, campfire skewer, matches, interior rug, first aid kit, playing cards, toilet paper & chemical, small broom and dust pan, bucket with cleaning supplies, waste paper basket, fly swatter and ice scraper with every rental in our FREE Hospitality Package. We have a 24 hr. emergency and technical support line and we have no hidden fees!

| 2012 PACKAGE CHOICES |
The package is a one-time fee. Our packages offer more options for our customers. You do have to choose one of the packages.
The "Standard Package" is the industry standard. You bring the coach back the way you received it. There is a charge for this package because we inspect, sanitize, check fluids and tires on each return. By breaking out these services, our customers are not required to pay tax on that amount thus saving money on the rental.
With the "Value Package," we clean the inside and outside, dump and rinse the holding tanks and fill the propane for you.
If you choose the "Works Package," we provide all of the services in the Value Package plus we include the kitchen, dishes, and linen packs for your group. |

MILEAGE:
You receive 100 FREE miles with each rented night. If you use more than the 100 FREE miles per rented night, the additional miles will be charged at 29 cents per mile. For example, if you have a 10 night rental, you get 1,000 miles FREE. Any miles used over the 1,000 FREE miles will be charged at 29 cents per mile. We only charge you for the miles you actually use. We don't make you purchase blocks of miles that you don't even use.
INSURANCE:
Check with your insurance agent to see if your personal policy will cover the rental. If it does, this is typically your best route. Simply have your agent fax us a binder showing you are covered for the dates of your rental and showing that B&B RV, Inc. is listed as an additional insured. If your insurance does not extend to cover the rental, we offer coverage through our commercial fleet insurance provider. The current cost is $22 per day plus a $10 service fee. None of the insurance fees are kept by B&B RV. All funds are payed to MBA Insurance for your coverage. Once the coverage is paid for there is no refund. Rates are subject to change.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
We have a $500 reservation deposit. This will hold your reservation and will be credited toward your balance due. There is no refund of your deposit if you cancel your reservation.
DEPARTURE BALANCE:
The balance due for your rental will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your departure. There is no refund within 30 days of departure.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT:
There is a $1,000 damage deposit and a $250 cleaning deposit. These are placed on your credit card as an authorization only. When you return the coach, if the damage or cleaning deposit is not needed, the authorization simplyexpires. We take the deposit on all rentals regardless of the package you choose.
MINIMUM RENTAL LENGTH:
We have a five night minimum in our summer season and a three night minimum in our other seasons. However, if we have a gap in our reservations that match your desired dates, we will allow a shorter rental.
NO SMOKING:
We have a no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any of our coaches.
PETS:
We have a select few units designated as pet coaches. There is an additonal $75 fee for a pet in those designated coaches.
